I have just purchased a Nissan Qashqai the car was brought out to me for inspection (1.5 hr drive)George and the boys have been fantastic.I have just picked the car up,they serviced it,supplied 2 new front tyres none of this I requested . They have provided a service I thought was dead.If you want a Nissan go to Mantello Nissan it is worth the drive. Thanks Guys.

We called and visited to test drive the Leaf. Whilst we decided against buying it I was very impressed with the sales people we dealt with. They gave us honest information, were not overly pushy, and answered the questions we had. Most importantly they took the time to understand what we were looking for and why, and to help us work out if the Leaf was the right choice for us. I would highly recommend visiting the Mantello team, and we definitely would go there first next time we are in the market for a car.

Service department are rip off absolutely unprofessional. I have been going this place for years for servicing..they kept my car ( nissan pathfinder) for more than 3 weeks the couldn't find out what the problem is , then called me and told me they don't know what is going on with my car and they charged me 620 for the time they put in the car. Why do they have diagnosis machine if they don't know how to deal with it. If it doesn't happened to you yet it will, no matter how long you been going there. i towed the car to burwood nissan they fixed less than 2 day.

They claimed they were working on my car.( where they charge per hour) While noone was working on it. I happened to be in next door where I could see my car. Scumbags tried to charge me for keeping the car but not working on it. When I refuse to pay hourly charges. They were very quick to accept it and hand my car over. I' ll never go there

I've been going to Nissan for years and my car is usually left in good condition but today, my car wasn't cleaned inside, one of my blind spot mirrors was removed and I had to go and buy another one. The price went from 264 over the phone to 483 and yes I agreed to the charges but there must be something more affordable elsewhere so I might consider finding another place to service my car.
