My 36 year old Engagement ring was in pretty bad shape...it needed claws and the band was wearing and thinning...and my eternity ring was the same...both looking old and tired. I was looking into buying new rings as I really wanted a bigger diamond...but they are so sentimental and special to me I couldn't. Stacey said she could make my rings look new...and have a bigger diamond. Stacey brought in some diamonds for me to look at...and I chose one. Very anxious while my rings were being worked on...but then I got the call to pick them up. I was feeling emotional when I got there...but as soon as I saw them I cried tears of joy...and knew I made the right choice. Thank you...thank you...thank you...Ben and Stacey...I'm so in love with my rings... xox
Stacey worked with me closely on designing and making a very sentimental ring. It was a big project and the love, care and devotion that Stacey put into it was exceptional. I had complete trust and confidence in Stacey that my ring would be perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I brought in a very valuable ring last week which is also my engagement ring to get re-sized and cleaned. I was super happy with the results and will go back to Ben and Stacey again!!! Thank you for looking after my ring, could not thank you enough !!!!
BEWARE! This place CAN'T even do a simple wedding set solder. Stacy GRINDED into my wedding band cleaning up excessive solder causing damage. (2) Reputable jewellers have acknowledged the damage but for some reason these horrid people can't see it ore pretend they can't. They even LAUGHED at me. Do you really want them working on your precious sentimental jewellery? I have opened a DISPUTE with Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA). Take a look at what they did to my wedding set. I have all receipts and evidence this jeweller had caused this damage. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWELLERY!
I was so pleased with the skilful restoration of my 47 year old diamond engagement ring where, as Ben commented, “the diamond was only there out of loyalty!” Now it’s securely held, and in a lowered setting which looks wonderful. Stacey and Ben kept me informed at all stages during their work. Many thanks to you all. Mary Ewers.
