Great experience with Stuart! I'd had a hip injury for several years and couldn't seem to make progress with other medical practitioners. Stuart understood the injury quickly, gave me really manageable exercises and the confidence to push myself. Can happily say my body is starting to feel like it did pre-injury and I'm back to running and HIIT sessions. Thanks Stuart! Highly recommend

Superb Physio that I would highly recommend ! Stuart is an absolute professional that helped me to get back in the game after a beach volleyball injury. He did a thorough assessment of my problem, listened really well, treated the injury, and then came up with a clear treatment plan that delivered fantastic results!
