Phil came out on an emergency call the other evening to investigate a gas leak. He was very helpful, efficient and explained everything thoroughly, giving me options. Will use his business again in the future and would happily recommend.

Phil has done two jobs for my cafe and both times he has been extremely professional, easy to deal with and super efficient. Today we needed a water pump replaced urgently and he went out of his way to source a pump and install it in record time. I have no hesitation recommending Phil to anyone needing an utterly reliable and experienced plumber.
Philip turned up right away and sorted out the tree roots blocking our pipes by staying a long time, around 90min to blast the pipes and clear them as best as he could. Would definitely recommend Phil at Cotts Plumbing
I called Phil at COTTS Plumbing in panic as hot water tank had burst with water flowing from laundry to kitchen to lounge room and underneath my cupboards. Phil instructed me to turn off the main tap and turn HW power off immediately. Luckily he was in the local area, and was able to come and inspect. He was upfront with his prices and items that he carried. Also he offered choice to suit my budget. He also replaced Tap for vanity basin. No job is too small or big for COTTS Plumbing. He will find a solution. A professional young man and very respectful towards his customers.I Highly recommend his service.
