I went to see Hong to help overcome anxiety and self-esteem issues and to overcome mental blocks (self-imposed limits, fear of success/failure) that were holding me back to further succeed. I was nervous going into our hypnotherapy sessions, however Hong made me feel very comfortable and I was impressed with how enlightening and educational they were. Through the few months that we worked together Hong has continually impressed me with how knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough she is. I now feel much better about myself, I feel like I have overcome the issues I had at the start and I feel confident that I have the knowledge and skills to sustain and continually improve myself. A few weeks ago I had an amazing QHHT session with Hong. She managed to get me into a very relaxed state where I could access both my past lives and my higher self. Amazing! I saw a past life that clarified many things in my present existence, and my higher self could answer all of my questions that I have been carrying around for a long time. Getting all of those answers really changed my life. Since the session I have a new sense of direction and meaning which has made me both calmer, happier and more motivated. Friends and family can see the difference in me. I am so grateful to Hong because all of this wouldn't have been possible without her professional and gentle way of conducting the session.
