worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!! The woman at the front desk was so unhelpful especially when it comes to deliveries. She basically said that it was a hinderance to her business and blatantly said that does not have time for packages and needed to prioritise other customers.

I like the customer service here, the old woman was so helpful. I will definitely deal with them every time I have a parcel.
Hours are till 6.30pm but closed at 6.15pm wasted trip.

A very convenient local newsagency in Concord. They stock the usual newspapers and magazines, sell lotto etc and also cards, wrapping paper, stationary needs etc. Neatly set out so that you can find what you need easily enough. Customer service is OK.
Not the best customer service. However limited options available as alternative so have to bear with the level of service.
It was to difficult to check some of my winning tickets which I mixed up with the non winning once. Terrible customer service surprised they are still in business.
Terrible terrible. The staff is really rude to clients. How come so impatience ? And I found most people have the same feeling.
