Extremely happy about the assistance & service we got from the entire hospital department & staff are just awsome.

I have been to concord Hospital emergency countless times over the years and I have always been seen to in a reasonable time frame and the one time I came here with a life threatening emergency I was admitted instantly. If you come to a emergency department with something trivial that any GP could deal with expect to wait but if you have a genuine emergency they have always been very good.i spend the extra time to travel here even though it is not the closest hospital to where I live.

Long wait, but doctor was nice and helpful. Hope the emergency department can get more doctors on duty. Also hope that the department has more attention to very irritating pain and kids. Not that bad overall.

Could not be more disappointed with the care received here. Came in a few days ago with a fractured foot and after a 4-5 hour wait, I was left to WALK away with a bandaged toe. Dr. Clarke did not acknowledge the pain I was in and said a boot was optional if the pain continued even though my workplace requires me to be on my feet all day. She did not mention that the boot was NOT available anywhere else and that you need to visit the emergency department and go through the waiting process again to get a boot. This place is 2mins away from home yet I can’t see myself or my family coming back here even in extreme emergency. Appalling.

Not an ideal place anyone wants to find themselves in, but the staff and level of care you receive here is great. People complaining about waiting times are sorry to say but very selfish. Obviously the staff here are taking care of those with life threatening conditions so your broken ankle can wait 3 hours to get looked after. Patience is key when you’re a patient.

Resident Medical Officer Ansari, Umair Hussain was very RUDE with me and I could notice that his manners were also not pleasant towards staff members working with him. Terrible people skills and shouldn't be working at emergency room at all.
