Very disappointed with the service received. Sure my car is new and they are still learning how to service certain tech but the communication and time was extremely poor. Will avoid in the future. Such a shame when my dealership whom sold me my car was flawless/excellent.

I needed to do the annual service on my car. The Service area pleasantly booked me in for the time I wanted and when she became aware that I was coming in from some 35 KM away, she arranged for an "Express" service to be carried out in just over one hour! The car was washed and cleaned and ready for pick up while I finished my lunch.
Came here to purchase my first car! Micheal D , who assisted us , was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! He made the process so easy and understandable especially for someone for has never bought a car before! I highly recommend coming to see him if you are thinking about purchasing an Hyundai!
I get my car serviced at Yarra Hyundai each year without any issues, however when we called to ask them to replace the broken rubber pads on our i30 car keys we were told they didn't have pads in stock and we would need to replace them completely for a cost of 250 each. This was despite us having two fully functioning sets of keys. I was able to source replacement pads on eBay and replace these myself for a total cost of 6.95, saving myself over 490. Makes me wonder if/ how much they have been overcharging me each year for our regular car servicing..

My husband and I recently purchased a new Santa Fe from Yarra Hyundai. From the moment we walked in we were treated like family. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and gave us a great deal! They have also continued to follow up with us to make sure we are happy with everything and if there is anything they can help us with. Would definately recomment them to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai.. We love our car! :)
I was greeted with a big warm welcome by Michael Darwish and felt instantly at ease. I've never liked going into a car dealership by myself but Michael and all the other staff members were really friendly and professional. I also got a great deal for the Accent and it's been great driving it. I was surprised at how smooth and quick the transaction was. Thanks heaps Michael and team!
