Have been going to Travellers for many years, and gosh, what a service it has always been. Excellent quality suits made right here in Melbourne, and all very reasonably priced. I have generally bought one suit a year the last decade and have never been disappointed. A great local business to support.

After going to multiple suit stores in search of a suit for my wedding, a friend recommended that I go to Traveller's Apparel and I'm so glad that I did. The suits are incredibly well priced and of high quality. With fantastic customer service and alterations included, I will be back the next time I'm looking for a suit. They also have some great shirts and ties.
Sadly, I've had a really disappointing experience with these guys' service. I'd heard great things from in-laws and was keen to try it out. Went in for my wedding suit but they didn't have the colour I was after - which is fine. But total disinterest from staff in helping me find a solution. "This is what we have" kind of attitude, with one option offered. OK, no worries. I bought the suit elsewhere and called to ask if I could bring it in for tailoring (which I'd also heard great things about) Yep, please do. So, I take time off today to bring it in and the same guy I first dealt with rolls his eyes and tells me they don't do that. "We're already busy enough tailoring our own suits". I explained how the person on the phone had invited me to bring the suit in for tailoring and the man said they must have not understood what I wanted. I thought it was pretty clear: "Can you tailor a suit that I bought at a different store?" "Yes, absolutely". Overall a condescending, disinterested attitude. Atmosphere felt like I was walking into a place I shouldn't have each time I entered the store. It's a shame, because I really wanted to love this place and find a regular local for future suit purchases.
Exceptional product and service. Have been coming here for 30 years and still impeccable quality. Well done & highly recommend.
Great quality suits, tailored on site. Most are around 550 complete! Cannot beat the service and value at this hidden gem.
Bought a suit from the rack and had it altered to my dimensions. The suit is well made, and well fitted. Had a waistcoat made, which was fitted well and nicely put together. Had several fittings for both and they were happy to keep adjusting until the fit was perfect.
After discovering them years ago, my suit wardrobe is nothing but items from Travellers. John, Jason, Paresh and the crew know what they are doing and is a great example of what customer service should be. Off the rack with alterations is fantastic and affordable - but Bespoke is the way if you want something special, like I did for my 3 piece Wedding suit. Nothing was too much and I would highly recommend this place. ....drink the coffee if the guys offer it!
Great off the rack pricing. They actually make a lot of higher end brands at travellers. They seem to hate doing bespoke tailoring though. Perhaps it's too much effort for them or something.
