Warmest, most welcoming bar! Great live music every week. Amazing platters of food but the cheeseburgers are the best Ive ever had I reckon. Grab a stool at the bar and have a beer with the staff, they're hot and hilarious. Even let me bring my doggo

Saw Bob Log here. Great little venue. I hear the food is good from a few other punters there but Im yet to try it

We had our work Xmas party at The Gem. It’s a common theme in and around Collingwood to bring American smoked BBQ meat to a bar and these guys nailed it. It’s unpretentious and delicious. The lamb ribs were the stars by far but the brisket and pork butt had their moment of glory. With a trip across town.

What a fantastic pub! We had American BBQ for dinner, some beers and a great bottle of wine. Good atmosphere, great staff, thoroughly recommend!

Great pub serving American style bbq complete with rock and roll songs. The place might look small from the outside but actually there's multiple rooms inside. The brisket and the chips are really good! The pork belly is soft but the sauce is a little too sweet for me. Food - 9 Service - 8 Vibe - 8 Price -

Very disappointed. Booked a table to see Nathan Detroit and they wanted to put us in the dining room, even though they acknowledged we had booked and had confirmed we would be in the front Bar I understand covid has changed things, but as a long time patron of over 20 years l found the attitude of the manager rude and arrogant. Take the dining room or leave. We left
