I'm not sure why this complex is listed as a hospice. It is a normal townhouse complex and a lovely place to live. People are quiet and friendly. The gated entrance monitored by CCTV makes it very safe. As of early 2019 a new management team took over and the new onsite manager is a polite, approachable and reasonable man to deal with.

I have lived here and it was hands down one of the WORST experiences of my life. The complex it's self is lovely, the people there are quiet and polite and it was a reasonably well maintained premises. The property manger on the other hand was horrid. She nit picked about the tiniest thing, I'm talking you put your bin out 2 minutes to 5 kind of nit picking. And should you have the misfortune of getting on her bad side then don't expect her to be professional. She constantly said things to my partner and myself and then denied say/agreeing to them. She ignored emails, calls and texts, claiming never to have received them. And unless someone else was around she was highly unprofessional. If not for her I would have re-signed my lease.
TERRIBLE! My partner was renting here, I didn't even live here. Helen was the rudest person to come across, she nit picked every single little thing possible. It was impossible to feel comfortable being there and for my partner even living there. She was very unreasonable, would never answer phone calls, would also hang up on my partner when he called. She got his towed his car away because he parked it out in the non tenant parking though she had disabled his gate key to drive into his own house that he was paying every dollar for. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. No one should have to put up with such treatment at a place they are paying for!!
The onsite caretaker Helen, is the rudest person I have ever met. Although I didn't live onsite I never felt welcome. We were constantly harassed for having a conversation. Kids are not allowed to play or make noise at any time of the day. No maintenance is attended to, she wont answer your calls. My friend has since moved so I am grateful to never come in contact with her again. BEWARE!
