Spotlight is more than fabric and curtains. I was impressed by their homewares, kitchen supplies and especially the huge party / costume section. Have you go back there soon, possibly addicted now

Today, my sister and I shopped at Spotlight Coffs Harbour. Unfortunately, we were served by a staff person without any customer service training. We queried her definition of 'half price' on a rug we bought costing 275 which she said was 180 according to her version of half price! When we queried this she counted with; " i don't think this rug is actually on sale'. We asked her to check as ALL signage stated ALL rugs half price. She did and then said; 'this rug will be 150'???? Again, pointed out the 275 (full price cost) and 150 was not half price. 'Well i will have to check with my Manager'???? Eventually returned stating;' i can do 137.40'. Thank you! She was unapologetic and made our experience question what training do these young staffers.
