CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! After being their regular customer for so many years, VERY SHOCKING the staff could just easily ADDED a TOTAL STRANGER - a new member, who has different name, different address, different email, different mobile phone into my membership card!! When I inquired about it, the only answers ONLY "I DON"T KNOW" and there's no apologize. Not only breaching Kaisercraft privacy policy and my privacy, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND WHAT'S THE INTENTION OF THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR? If there's no malignant intention, must be a total idiocy into a new level!! YOU HAD ME AT GOODBYE!!!
