Absolutely outstanding is an understatement. My experience with clear credit solutions from start to finish was nothing but professional, timely and informative. At first I spoke to Josh who not only extremely professional and insightful but took the time to ask me questions and understand my situation before handing me over to Dan who took over my case. Dans professionalism and expertise is out of this world (no exaggeration, he’s fantastic) and not only did he manage to clear two defaults off my record within the 30 day period he had informed me, his customer services skills are on point. Two weeks in he gave me a detailed update and explained the entire process to me and spent time to make sure I understood everything which is something not many places do, truly appreciative of the this!!!! Finally once he informed me that both defaults were wiped (my credit rating jumped 300 points within 3 days!!!!) he spent another half an hour talking to me over the phone congratulating me and ensuring I was satisfied with the services, as well as gave me genuine advice on how to handle these situations. Once again, absolutely outstanding services provided especially for the price. I am able to refinance my car (currently paying 28% interest, now looking at getting this down to around the 10% mark) and get the mortgage I was after. Can not thank these guys enough, absolute legends!!!!!

Kudos to amazing team/company. Thank you very much Blake and Dan, you two are just amazing. I contacted one company that said could help me but with hefty amount of charges and while waiting for them to get back to me, I have Dan to direct me to get it all done for free. How amazing service is that? He patiently pointed me to the right directions and gave ideas to get through it without spending a penny. Engaging with Clear Credit Solution was the best decision I could have made to help with my credit situation. At first I thought it all sounded too good to be true, but I was wrong. Clear Credit Solutions provided immediate free professional advice and offered money back guarantee if unsuccessful. I was luck to have an incorrect default removed, for me the 1,500 was worth every penny.
I rang to ask for help with "enquiries" on my Credit Report. I didn't get the answer I'd hoped for, but that wasn't their fault, just the situation I was in. What I did get was an honest answer and the advice was accurate and correct. Didn't have to spend money and ringing big companies getting the ring-around. They then gave me some advice on where to go from now and contact details for other companies who could assist me in the future. Very helpful, clear and personable.
I was hesitant to request a call back, as I’ve never been one to truly believe of these companies, but when a friend said they are legit, I decided to try. Oh boy, is it the best money I’ve ever spent. Daniel was absolutely amazing. He called me within 20 minutes of requesting a call back on their website, after explaining my situation, he got back to me the next day confirming he could take on my case.. He told me to expect a 4-6 week turn around, which is fully understandable. I had 3 defaults on my name and with applying for a home loan, I have been so worried about them. Within 72 hours, Daniel called me back, to confirm ALL 3 have been removed and will be off my credit report within a week! He provided me with a letter from the company as well, stating they’ll be removed. Obviously this quick of a turn around isn’t normal, but I couldn’t have had a better experience. Daniel was amazing at his job, and his customer service is the best I’ve had in years. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone that has credit file/report stress in their life!!
