ARC has excellent customer service. After a concern, they phoned to clear up any problem with their website. Customer satisfaction is their priority. Their instructors are fantastic and always make you feel so welcome. Well done, Heather and Veronika!

My daughter just started swimming school here. 17 a week and all access to the pool anytime. Always have lifeguards on the I have seen. Has a nice cafe, gym. Sport courts, outdoor pool and child minding. There is also an indoor play area and part room for hire. Friendly staff and the teachers of the swimming lessons are great!

Nice new facilities with great disability access, but staff were rude and not very inclusive (the lifeguards and pool staff were great, but amenities and cafe staff were very rude/short). Hopefully further staff training can help the amenities staff become more friendly and inclusive. Great facility otherwise. Basketball courts were great also.

Absolutely an excellent place for everyone! Various indoor/outdoor pools cater for people in all ages. We especially loved the shallow indoor kids pool which is kept 33 degrees warm. The kids slides are great for younger kids. There are laps for serious swimmers too. Pool area was very clean and priced very reasonably.

Amazing activity / sport centre for the whole family. The kids swimming area is big with slide, water tower and two areas for general swimmers, indoor and outdoor. The changing area is big with many rooms that it's never too crowded even in the weekend. Upstair they have very nice gym with quality equipments and lovely trainers. The foods from cafetaria could take long to come, but it's not a big deal. Front desk staffs are very nice (I was stoked!) Overall it's a very good sport centre anyone can enjoy.

I love the ARC. There's something for everyone to enjoy. The grouo fitness classes are great amd convenient time slots. The swimming area is great with multiple pools to choose from. Being a member gives you access to so many activities. I don't have children, however the activities for children are great too. You can also join a sport club like Netball, Basketball, etc.

Basketball courts need to be 24/7 access like the gym. Would love to be able to shoot around at night.. even happy to pay a membership fee

We take our son here for his swimming lessons, have been since he was 6 months old, he absolutely loves his instructor and the water. A great instructor instills confidence in the water and skills that might save a life. The pools are clean and the facilities are all well maintained. Staff have always been very friendly and on the one occasion we had a run in with a life guard that spoke rudely to my wife while she took photos of our son in his swimming lesson the staff followed up and handled the situation that put our minds at rest that it wouldn't happen again. Mistakes happen and training fixes it, thanks for handling it so efficiently and kindly.
