I wish you could give a minus star rating.. the service follow up and actually getting the shoes has been appalling. I initially took my mother to Happy Feet in April and she was recommended shoes and was told what the price would be. We received a phone call during the first wave of COVID 19 restrictions and were told the shoes were ready to be picked up, unfortunately mum became unwell and the appointment had to be cancelled. I spoke to Clare and advised that I would be in touch the following week which I was via text message however no reply was received.. I did not hear back from Clare or anyone from Happy Feet until September when we were in stage 4 lockdown. I explained that once restrictions were lifted we would be happy to come in to collect shoes.. an appointment was made for Friday 23/10/2020 which turned out to be a public holiday. Received a call from Clare who lied to me and said that she would be at a conference that day and we would need to reschedule. I later found out that she actually lied about the conference because she didnt want to work on a public holiday.. went in today to pick up the shoes and she didnt even know who we were!! She then wanted to charge my mother (who is a pensioner) an extra 40-00 because the price went up from when the shoes were originally ordered. I made sure that didnt happen!! So rude and disrespectful.. would not recommend at all..

I am having a terrible time trying to find out what happened to the shoes I paid for weeks ago. 4 phone calls now, never returned. From memory by paying the postage up front the would only take a couple of weeks. Both pairs were in stock at the time of purchase.

I had a car accident in 1996 and due to a leg and ankle injury was going through 1 pair of shoes every 6-8 weeks. This was due to a shorter leg, stiffened ankle and walking over on my right shoe particularly. Then I found Clare.. I now have 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of slippers all modified to fit me comfortably This took me 22 years. I now walk in comfort, minimal limp and even have a going out pair of paint and leather shoes I highly recommend Clare and Happy Feet Pedorthics to listen to your needs and care enough to make it happen. Shocking Service, happy feet never followed up with their so called
I brought my Grandmother in a couple of years ago and the first consultation went well and we ended up ordering shoes that were recommended. Unfortunately the expensive shoes we ordered did not suit my Grandmother and we were not intially told about the return policy. Anyway we brought the shoes back and we were given a partial refund and credit. We came back a couple of weeks later to use the credit and for some reason the lady in charge forgot what was offered to us. She was so rude and even my elderly grandma was in shock! Then as we were leaving I was told not to cause "trouble", when I bring my son back in who has special needs and in need of special shoes. Of course I never returned! How dare anyone be so rude to my grandmother and to myself knowing the hardship I have faced with my son's special needs.
Exceptional service. Thank you for looking after me.
Horrible service. Too stubborn to admit their errors. Avoid.
