Reception always kind and helpful. Dr Das is caring and really listens to you. Never had a bad experience here.

Dr Cooray is amazing. I've been seeing her for about 2 years now and she has helped me with both anxiety and depression. The ladies on reception are always friendly as well.

I had an appointment booked approximately 2 months in advance (pretty normal wait time for new patients, as I understand it) and was told I would be informed if any cancellations meant I could see the doctor sooner. I received a call a few weeks later and was rescheduled to nearly a month earlier than my original appointment, which was great. On entering the clinic, I found the space to be pretty standard for a medical office - fairly clinical but comfortable enough. They have a couple of separate waiting rooms, which would be helpful if you weren't comfortable sitting with lots of other people and wanted a little space. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the door, so another plus there. They were lovely after the appointment also. Dr Das was great; my consultation took just under an hour and I never once felt rushed. He let me speak freely, making comments and asking questions to get more information occasionally, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I really felt that he listened to my concerns openly, and he was never dismissive of anything I brought up. At the end of the consultation, when I asked him what I should expect for our next session, he was very open and frank with me about the diagnostic process and was very reassuring about it all. I can't recommend this clinic and Dr Das enough. Mental health treatment is a pretty stressful endeavour, and the team here really made it that little bit easier for me.

I've been working with Glencairn for the past two years to help manage my stuff, they've been nothing but helpful, understanding and patient. If I happen to leave a message I get a call back ASAP the two professionals I am working with are really amazing and I've no complaints.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this clinic their loopy, smile at inappropriate times, awkward silences and they will leave you with a heck of a bill to pay . .. and with you leaving and getting nothing out of the appointment but feeling even more numb. ..Shame on them... . ...Book yourself a nice long holiday instead

Tried to make my first appointment today, was put on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and tried again - receptionist asked again if she could put me on hold. I replied that I had already been on hold for 12 minutes, how much longer did she expect it to be and she said that she couldn’t tell me, she’s helping a patient and is the only receptionist on. Absolutely no interest in assisting me, did not query the reason for my call, nothing. If this is what the reception staff are like, I shudder to think of the quality of the treating doctors. Absolutely ridiculous. If I experience this again tomorrow, I’ll be making a formal complaint via the relevant corporate and medical provider avenues.

(Saw Dr Partha Das) Horrible experience, left feeling very angry and frustrated that someone working in mental health dealt with me in a rude, egotistical, judgemental manner. Was accused of dishonesty (dude probably assumed I'm a junkie because of my punk aesthetics is my best guess) and I think the psychiatrist was trying to intimidate me (not a great way to deal with the mentally unstable). I'm just trying to get help. I don't normally leave reviews but for the sake of others health I want to leave this warning. Look after yourself, don't go here.
