I booked and paid for 3 kids yesterday via their online site and when I turned up they weren’t operating even though the website said they were open. I’ve tried calling and emailing but no response. Have other people been charged 20 pp and experienced the same??? I’ll have to go the ombudsman next.

We booked our kids and nephews into the Jungle Float as a Christmas gift. 2 days ago we received confirmation our session was still going ahead however we turned up today at 11am and was told that our session that had been cancelled to prioritise a vacation care that had booked out the float for the day. We were no notified via email or given a phone call to let us know this information. Disappointing not only for our kids but also for us - what a terrible customer experience.
They cancelled five minutes before start time.
