Prior to making a booking with these guys I called them to explain my schedule and was told that if i need to reschedule I would be able to do so with atleast a days notice so they can fill the slot. Having then needed to reschedule I called them to do so and was told I would have to forfeit half the cost of what was already paid to them. I was told that i had accepted the terms and conditions online and ticked the boxes, (which is correct). I then explained i had called them prior to paying online to confirm the option to reschedule with notice due to running a company and was told by the lady on the phone, "i can assure you that you weren't told that". I had stated to the lady that I do not appreciate being called a lier nor being lied to. The response I got was very sarcastic and smart arse. We were going to put all our staff members through this company annually but have since decided they are not worth our business. They lack professionalism and should be ashamed of their administration team.
