Some of the inner city's most stunning natural scenery. Mostly flat, but has a tricky steep climb near the Heidelberg Road bridge and it's finicky at Ruhhall Station. Good amount of bridge crossings.

Excellent trail for cyclists. Nice views and lookouts. Stay hydrated.
Such a lovely walk - perfect distance. Picked up the trail at Rushall - it takes in Clifton Hill, two little flat foot bridges (really pretty around here), Dights Falls then onto Collingwood Children's Farm. Most parts of this route are protected from the wind. The perfect walk.

Clean and beautiful environment
Great track for walking, bike riding and photography. The opportunities for photography are very good at either end of the day. In winter there can be fog in the gully near Heidelberg Road bridge. The light filtered through patchy cloud is also good for photography so anytime of day, particularly in winter, you can do that. It's worth taking photos throughout the year as the angles of light change.
