We were helped on very short notice(on a Saturday) and the staff was absolutely lovely and compassionate. We are grateful for their help can recommend their service .
I dont appreciate vets that don't listen to their clients. I wasted almost 6 months treating a skin issue which was an allergy they were more interested in pumping my cat with medication, saying my cat had ring worm ( she didn't and I told them i didn't think it was) and selling their food on the shelf than listening to what i had to say and finding a long term solution. I now am at a different vet who has a meal plan for her, is cheaper and is helping me find a long term solution. I will however say your female doctor on a Wednesday is amazing and its sad she's only working on a wednesday.
We took our mini-poodle in for the first time for her vaccinations and a check up. Our dog was a bit nervous after a bad experience at a different vets but all the staff here were so incredibly lovely to her and made it a much better experience. Even though our dog was anxious during, once it was done she was a happy puppy. I've never seen my dog this happy after a vet visit. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
Great team. Treat your puppy like it's their own. Always friendly and happy to see you and your pet. Puppy school was also great for both us and the puppy.
This morning Ellen Ariel showed a total lack of skill set both interpersonal and professional. She was condescending and dismissive when I voiced my concerns for my pets health. Initally when handling my pet she was rough & disjointed sending my pet into further distress - leaving her unable to complete a basic health check. It was clear her capacity within the industry & basic knowledge appeared quite vague. This prompted further questioning, one asking to be present when my pet was being vaccinated. She refused. During treatment I heard him in pain and after seeing my pet being handled previously, I became concerned. There were at least three staff holding down a 3 year old cat & it became evident he was in pain and distresses. My questioning was general in nature however this was dismissed & I was told I was not to look through the glass window. The overall experience from consult to treatment was not pleasant for my pet or myself. I would NOT reccomend Ellen Ariel. Thank you to management who handled the situation well, advising to take complaint further, providing contact details of Greencross Promise.
Excellent vet. Only took my dog in to get nails clipped but he was quick (despite most of my dogs nails being black), not bothered by my sometimes bitey dog, very relaxed which helped my dog stay relaxed and charged me under 15. Very happy.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
