Not too happy with the outcome, my lawyer seemed unprepared,short of time,and everything was rushed,last minute he downloaded a template and just copied and pasted thru it. Tried to speak to the manager, but he had an angry tone over the phone, with little patience towards my complaint. All in all, I don't feel like they really wanted to fight my case, instead just pocke the money from legal aid, and palm me off...
