Great meal last night. 8 of us dined together. The service was excellent and the food was of a very high quality. I have always enjoyed dining here but at times the service has been slow. This time there was a noticeable difference with fast friendly service. Keep it up. I would definitely recommend this dining experience.

Love it. First time there. Very nice & relaxing atmosphere. Modern nautical decor. Plenty of dining options, indoor and outdoor and on the deck. Fast and friendly customer service. Food was lovely (pork cutlet on mash).
My partner and I used to come here all the time as the steaks were incredible. However we visited a few weeks ago and the quality of the food has declined incredibly. My order came out about 30 minutes early before the rest of our groups, and when we tried to let a member of staff know (I think it was the manager), she was incredibly rude to us. As someone who's worked in hospitality I completely understand when a restaurant is overwhelmed and things get mixed up, but the attitude and rudeness of the staff member was really displeasing. I highly doubt that we will be returning.
Complements to the chef. My steak was ordered medium to well and it was cooked to perfection. The staff were very good and polite. Just a very lovely relaxing meal and atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning.
Thoroughly enjoyable. Attentive staff, prompt meals and drinks in an spacious light fresh area. Fair prices on good meals. I'd like to go again.
The meals were superb. In my humble opinion, they were cooked to perfection. Looking forward to making the Sands our regular venue for family get-togethers.

Another horrible experience with an extremely rude staff member Cat! We had visited here at the end of last year and had an awful experience. I straight away emailed management making them aware of the staff members behaviour. I was ensured it would be handled and to reconsider giving them another chance. We did and again was served by her and had an almost identical horrifying experience, never again! Would not recommend the young lady working in consumer service ever again.
