Don't even bother, they do nothing, don't communicate AT ALL!!! And discharge your child with no warning what so ever, and don't even bother about asking for strategy's to help for your child's return to community as you don't get that either!!!, And No flexibility for regional people. Don't waste your time with them their just a containment facility. But all said and done if you want lip service you'll get plenty of that! Great work Stepping stones thanks for nothing....

Much better than a majority of psych wards I have heard of. Food was made by a chef who was lovely. I am glad they don't allow phones as it would have delayed any chance of recovery.
this place is horrid they force young mentaly patients into there rooms alone for 24 hours if they do somthing wrong such as speak too loudly when playing a game i wasnt aloud to have my coulring pencils as they were apparently too dangerous all the nurses were horrid and borderline abusive i was told mid mental breakdown to develop better coping stratergys when i dint want to take the meds they offerd me because they make me feel worse would rather die then ever be back there
Brain Pryers- LOL
Not fun. security treat you like you killed someone. Getting restrained and sedated. Not allowed ur phone. Nothing to do. It's depressing in there
Worst phsyc ward I've been too. Haven't helped at all. I've been there 4 times and never want to go back. Food is awful. The nurses are awful. I was in ICU and you practically do nothing. P. S your not allowed your phone in there
