Took a microwave oven in for repair. When it came back to top of the case was absolutely filthy with grease or something and permanently marked. Five different cleaning products could not get it clean - the photos are after (not before). Since this thing lived in a cavity I know for certain that it only had tiny surface scratches and I had cleaned it before I took it in. If this were sitting on a bench I'd be demanding a new case. Won't be taking anything here again.

My 7-year-old washing machine was leaking. I called OZI appliances, and they exceeded my expectations. First, comprehensive troubleshooting was done over the phone on that first call, to give the tech the best chances of fixing the issue on the first visit. The tech came, did a thorough revision and was able to pinpoint and show me the problem. Sure enough, he had the right parts in his van, did an excellent job at fixing it and even discussed with me the options given the age of the washing machine. Very professional, all the right tools, for the job and for the business, automating all the administrative tasks and providing a service with zero delays. I was able to pay with card on the spot, and the invoice emailed to me straight away. Highly recommended!

NEW Dishwasher failed, LG organised a Ozi Appliance Centre repair agent that came out 2 weeks later and replaced the part as a known fault, didn’t test it and left and guess what it didn’t fix it. Technician due between 12 and 5 a week later and then failed to arrive on second visit, technician called at 4pm (Friday) to say he didn’t have the part so we needed to schedule a repair with their office. We called the Ozi Appliance Centre to complain (Foreign speaking hard to understand) and they decided they needed the dishwasher a week at their workshop instead as couldnt be repaired at our house. Called LG to complain and they just don’t care, blamed COVID for their repairers poor service. We asked for an alternative and were told it doesn’t work like that. Then after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes unfortunately came off hold by accident and could here him rustling and not talking to anyone returned and said we needed to go back to the repairer. Will hand it over to the ACCC

My shop's Daikin air conditioning was working half way and I called OZI Appliances to get it fixed. The process was smooth, quick and on time. Now everything is working perfectly and the AC is cooling down nicely. I could not be any happier thanks Ozi Aplliances

Do not use these guys, 120 for a 10mins inspection and no repair. We had a SONIQ TV that needed repairing. We gave details of the TV over the phone. We were charged 120 for the call out fee and told it could not be fixed that day and we'd receive a quote the following day. The next day we were told that they don't have the spare parts to fix the TV, despite knowing what the TV was before coming to assess the problem. We asked for a refund or at least a discount on the call out fee as it only took 10 minutes to assess the problem. They refused. So we paid 120 for a 10mins inspection!? You've done well.

Extremely happy with the service provided by this workshop, the staff are very friendly and repaired my appliance within a reasonable timeframe. I do recommend visiting this store for your appliance service needs. Note: approved repairer for a large number of brands, this shop can conduct warranty and guarantee repairs on your appliance.
