Having just moved to Clarkson we were looking for a nice spot for lunch and we were in for quite a surprise! Kalahari cafe is a quiet little place that serves excellent traditional African food and your everyday cafe food alongside it. It's prices are reasonable and they also sell African groceries in store as well for those interested in things they would only be able to get at the cafe from Africa.

Note: Closed after a fire destroyed the place. We have eaten here many times over years. Always friendly with good special foods. Was a nice place to have a lunch break or just good coffee. Sorry.
