the instructor are very friendly and energetic but after a while you feel that its just a money making trap. After a semester they asked us to pay 65for assessment! Why do a person should pay for assessment when you already paying for the class.i still don't understand?! Then they ask us to buy a boxing kit for our 4.5 years old boy which wouldn't even fit him for over 200. Then they want a 6 month regestration.... they are just in it to take your money.

Lovely staff and very supportive fellow members too! I always leave after a session feeling more peaceful and slightly more confident too. Strongly recommend

Really great place for my son to train - he loves it - can't get enough of it !

To have your kids taught by Australian champions from the word 'go' at age 4 to 6 in a highly disciplined sport is humbling and always enjoyable to watch. Jamie Davis is exceptional, as are fellow instructors Shelley Simpson, Gary Newman and all the yellow and black belt teenage (and younger) assistants. I've no doubt that the instruction applied to our kids already helps them day to day in the playground, at school and at home.

My girlfriend and me did a personal introduction to kickboxing with Rodney, which was really fun. Everything was explained really well, so it was easy to make progress and throw some combinations! Really recommendable!
