Sales process of buying the car was fine but my review is more focused on the servicing aspect of my car purchase. Be prepared for calls trying to up-sell you additional items that need servicing when taking your car in for its regular servicing. Without fail I would receive a phone call saying that something extra would be required, often amounting up to 500-700 extra. For this experience, i CANNOT RECOMMEND this dealership/servicing and for you to BEWARE of these tactics!!

I received my 2021Subaru Outback today. Thank you Simon for your professional and meticulous service! A few days ago, I came to the store to just have a look as I had no intention to purchase another car. Simon welcomed me and chatted with me for a while. He patiently introduced the performance and configuration of the new Outback. He was never pushy or upselling, which made me feel at ease. On the spot, I decided to sign the car contract with him! Today I came to pick up the car and he patiently answers my questions regarding the new functions. If I need to upgrade again and buy a new car, I will definitely come back to him! Simon is a pro.

Very happy with the customer service here. Didn’t have to wait too long to get my car issue sorted. Lovely waiting area. Tea coffee facilities. Bathroom super clean which is always a win :) Rob is fantastic. So is all his staff. Definitely recommend this place.

The service here is excellent. Called themand my phone number was logged in their system. So all details were on file for quick easy access to services. I was able to have my needs cateted for without fuss and immediately. Nothing was a problem for them. Well done all!

The initial consult was fine, My Subaru Forester went in for a warranty repair for the air condition for the second time mind you, which they replaced with no questions asked, and since it was there i thought i will get the vehicle serviced. The service on the vehicle was poor, they forgot to top up the water for my whippers, the oil filter had oil residue surrounding it and the engine bay wasn't even hosed down, they said that the cabin filter needed replacing when it was changed last service, all it need was to be blow it out which they didn't do... as well as the other up sell items, I will have to take it to my regular mechanic to see what else the Subaru service department might have forgotten. I'm really disappointed with the whole experience, it was the first time and the last.
