I write this review with great pleasure. Firstly, Heartland Hyundai Chullora gave us the best price we could find for our new Hyundai Tucson Active X. Secondly, we could not fault the service provided by our young salesperson, Ellecia Hall. Right from the start , she was honest, friendly and helpful, beginning with the negotiation and finishing with the handing over of the keys. The fact that she was willing to stay in contact and help us with the car, even after we drove away, is a testimony to her caring attitude and commitment to customer service.
Evin and Jill (I think that was her name, the manager) were extremely helpful in ensuring that I could get the car I wanted for the best price possible. When I took my time to think on the offer they honored it a month later when I was ready - which was so appreciated. The service was also amazing and I highly recommend HH - they are straight up and honest unlike many dealerships.
Heartland Hyundai is a great place to own your car. Great team and friendly staffs. Nigel is a great guy with outstanding salesmanship skill, who provided me the detailed info about the car. I was offered the best price for Hyundai Tucson Active X, which none of the store offered me in Sydney. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
This was my first time purchasing a new car. I cant thank Michael enough for all his help. From our initial meeting through to the pick up of the car he was absolutely amazing. He made the whole experience something I will never forget. He really went above and beyond, helping with the finance, trade in and making sure this was the right car for us. Nigel (also Jill) were both very friendly and helpful in helping me pick a car, get the best price and organise the logistics of it. Having gone to other dealerships previously, the service here was unmatched. Nigel went above and beyond to accomodate us and even stayed back after opening hours to get me the car as soon as possible. Great experience overall.

Really enjoyed the service by Ell. The company I work for specifically bought two brand new company cars on different occasions because of their relationship with her and will continue to do so as long as she is present at Heartland. She really took her time to talk to us, have a coffee, catch up on latest updates since our last chat - through all of these elements, you really feel how genuine she is. She explained the features of the car to us on both occasions, and went above and beyond to facilitate the buying process, add modifications, and answer the additional questions we had. She is bubbly, very patient, and is very passionate about what she does. She will give you her honest opinion about modifications, and will not sell merely for the sake of doing so. I really hope Heartland management recognizes her hard work and rewards her accordingly. She is a valuable asset, undoubtedly.
