Ladies at the front desk are fantastic and the place is always clean, but no point in booking a appointment as I have been here a couple of times and so far I have had to wait about 30 mins after my booked time each time I have been here after arriving early
Thanks so much to all here at this practice, so professional, kind and diligent towards their patients . Big shout out to Natalie and the front desk ladies who make you feel comfortable and nothing is ever to much. Great professionals who have strong work team skills. The facility is clean and the wait room is comfortable. They provide a lot of services. 2 stars because I made an appointment. Got to the appointment early to be sure. Waited 40 minutes. I watched 2 people leave since they couldn't wait due to other commitments. Doctors seem to be rushing and didn't give much care IMO
Dr Karla is amazing with babies and children. So patient and kind. Fantastic family dr, couldn't recommend her enough.

Dr Karla is great, but is always booked out sadly! Dr Rams and Dr Pandy were also both great but they both left. This unfortunately leaves Dr Michael who has been completely disinterested during our consultations on each and every occasion. More often that not he is just looking at his computer screen with the security camera vision of the practice (creepy!), and not paying any attention to his patients. There is also no point making an appointment to see Dr Michael, as he still continues to see walk ins, so he is forever running late. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that they bulk bill, and I appreciate being a GP must be very unpredictable and delays happen, but it seems a "11 o'clock appointment" just means "walk in at 11 and we'll add you the queue"...I'd rather they were just honest and told me to walk in and join the queue instead of giving me a fake appointment time! And after the 1-2 hour wait to see him, I can guarantee you'll be kicked out his room in 5 mins! If you can get in to see Karla, lucky you and keep seeing her (she also keeps to her appointment time which is great!). If you cant see her, go elsewhere!
