Very helpful over the phone. Was able to guide me through the steps to have our fridge up and running again. Will definitely use Sydney fridge repairs in the future.
Peter was amazing. I called him at 9pm to say our fridge was stuffed. He asked me a few questions about the fridge and had a good idea what was wrong. He was so accomodating, and said he would ring me and 830am the next morning and be onsite shortly after. Peter rang, and arrived before 9am and he had all the spare parts to repair the cooler unit. A little over an hour later the fridge was repaired and he left. I can't recommend Peter enough! A man of his word and a pleasure to have sorted out our problem.
Peter was very responsive and kind enough to offer common-sense fridge advice over the phone without even charging anything. I did what he said about a week ago and it appears to have fixed the problem, with the fridge working perfectly ever since. Thank you Peter! Peter provides fast and excellent service. My fridge fan broke and Peter could come over promptly to identify the issue, explain and show me the problem and quote a fair price for the work. Woke up and my refrigerator was not cool and my milk had curdled. I called and Peter arrived that very day, Saturday. Diagnosed the problem on the phone and gave me the cost. Arrived promptly, explained the situation, and fixed it with a new part. All done in 30 minutes. Professional all the way. Not a wasted motion.
