Place was absolutely disgusting, had cockroaches everywhere in my room even after spraying the entire place, towels were closer to brown than white as they don’t clean them, bedsheets still dirty from the last 3 people who stayed there, toilet seat was missing, they refused to clean it until the day I checked out (4 days later) and refused to give me a refund since I left after one night staying there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had a fantastic stay with Posh hotel, they were able to accommodate my early check in and we're very friendly. The room was amazing with one of the best showers I have ever seen at a hotel. The room was big, clean and well air conditioned. Would definitely stay here again

DO NOT SEND THIS HOTEL ANY CARD DETAILS. PAY VIA CASH. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. After questioning about random charges on my card from this hotel, I was told that the 100 they took is because i checked in at 5pm after organizing late check in 3 weeks before our stay. This hotel has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We booked this hotel 4 weeks ahead of the date of our stay. After making the booking I realised straight away I had booked the wrong room type. I called the hotel right away about 9 times. After not getting through I sent an email. I waited a week and still no response. I called back a week later and was told the reception hours are 11am to 4pm??? What business such as a hotel which provides a 24/7 service is only open for such a short time?? After finally getting through it took 2 more weeks of back and forth constant phone calls to finally be told we could change the room. Apparently the girl on the reception had to ask her manager who doesn't like to be woken up before 1pm??? Anyway we finally arrived at the POSH HOTEL and let me tell you it is anything but. One bed had a pigeon feather underneath the doona. The bed had clearly already been slept in and not changed and for a TWO person room we were only given ONE towel. Unfortunately we had to ask for a late check in option (due to the stupid reception hours) and couldn't ask for another towel at 5pm when we checked in because noone was available. On top of this the room was an absolute disgrace. This place has a terrible cockroach problem. The toilet in our room had already been used and trash still in the bin from the previous occupant. I have stayed in shared room hostels that were much cleaner and actually had staff available. The photos of this property are nothing like real life. Its dark and dingy. The beds are from the 70's. If you are considering this hotel to stay at my advice for you is RUN FOR THE HILLS. This place is not posh. Its trash.

I made a reservation using the application. My appointment time was 5pm, and when I arrived it was around 7-8pm. But when I arrived at the hotel, no one was aware of the staff. I barely talked on the phone because I was over ten, but it is a day off today. It's not an unmanned hotel at the accommodation, so how do you ask the person who made a reservation to check in? Also, since you checked in after 4pm, you have to pay an additional fee of about 100. Don't open the reservation system from the beginning. Also, I waited outside for more than 3 hours until the staff came by 10pm. Also, there were no toilets in the room, and the toilet was a shared toilet outside. It was said that the parking lot was not available but available. The parking lot is so small that it is impossible. I have to pull out the car before 8 o'clock the next morning. It's the worst, never going again

Terrible place. Smells really weird. Reception is bad, deposit of 200 per night as a “holding fee”. Rooms have been renovated but you can tell poorly. I refuse to ever stay here. No website, no call answer. Great southern hotel is same price but much better book there guys don’t stay here.

Contacted me the morning of my stay and said the rate I had booked at with Booking.com was incorrect and I needed to pay more (almost twice as much) to be able to stay. I said I wouldn't pay more than what I had agreed to pay, they said I could make a cancellation request through booking.com, and after that was approved and refunded they have charged me again anyway. Now they state that it was a non-refundable booking – well then you should have let me stay like I wanted to.

Didn’t even get to staying at the hotel, just went through and read the other reviews after booking unfortunately & realised how bad it seemed. Booking sites like Expedia don’t mention the 80 check-in fee, and 200 bond per room per night, so something to look out for.

I contacted Agoda last night as I prepaid my supposedly late night special booking at Posh Hotel which already includes all the charges and was also confirmed by Agoda. When me and my partner got there,we were excited to have a place to stay at but the place had no outside lights on except for a dim light in their reception. We have to try contact their staff a few times as no one was picking up and eventually one staff picked up and he contacted the after hours staff to attend to us. Waited for a bit and eventually a staff member who seemed he just woken up even though it was still early,didn’t introduce himself and was rude. Told us we have to pay another 80 on top of the price we paid for the room. The price he is charging us is the same as the room price. Told him it was already paid and it was a late night special and including all charges and fees and with receipt. Asked if we can speak to management and he says no but instead told us to leave and cancel the booking and get the refund from Agoda. We were left with no place to stay and he didn’t care or apologise. Agoda tried to contact him and the after hours staff and they didn’t answer so they emailed the hotel itself.They are awaiting for a reply. Beware he says that if you checkin after 4pm,you will get another 80 on top of what you pay even though it doesn’t say on the description when you book a room. Hope management can give my refund back soon and attend to this issue for us and everyone else. This is unacceptable.
