I had just one issue with my laptop: the numeric keys were not working, everything else was working perfectly fine. I had been using the online keyboard function since months and I decided to finally repair it. Going to this place was the biggest mistake ever! They called to tell now there is an additional issue with the laptop, the screen is continuously flickering. I have NEVER experienced this issue even once since the day I got it. It was working completely fine upto the day I gave it to them. The laptop has definitely been mishandled by them but they refuse to take any ownership of this NEW issue which never existed before. There are scratches all over. They asked me to pay more money to fix the new issue of screen flickering (which I NEVER experienced a single time till this hour). When I asked the representative how the screen is flickering suddenly she said she has no idea. Big money making SCAM. Not professional at all. REPLY to below reponse: you have not allowed the option to respond to your reply, which itself shows how competent the service is. 1. I was never shown any CCTV footage. 2. CCTV footage can easily be manipulated by you. I would not trust it. 3. The shop that I went to after coming to your shop clearly told me that someone had damaged the motherboard while trying to remove the keyboard. I NEVER had the issue of the flickering screen before. 4. At least own up if you have damaged the customer's equipment further. 5. There were no scratches on my laptop before. All the "wear and tear" happened at your shop. I didn't see any option allowing me to respond to your reply so I had to reply here.

Replaced the screen of my mobile phone. It was badly damaged by a dumbbell. Very prompt service. Fully satisfied so far.
I've had a couple issues with my computer over the last year. It's a macbook and it's pretty old, so the Apple store refused to service it. iResQ not only serviced my computer, they did it at a price much cheaper than anywhere else and gave me a much longer warrantee than any other shop was willing to. Screen not properly fixed and came off the next day. I went back to the store to get the issue resolved and was spoken to in an incredibly rude way, and would not fix my phone or give me a refund. Don't go here, I think the quality of product is easily breakable and the staff are rude.
My friend was recommended me this store to repair my laptop. My laptop was making noise and overheating. I thought it might need a new fan. Brought in for diagnosis. She told me the laptop just need to clean. Within 30 minutes got my laptop back no more noise or overheat ,laptop run smoother. Excellent job, Reasonable price, would recommended! Brought my ASUS ROG laptop here for repair. Took only 1 day for them to diagnose the problem, said gonna took 5 working days to repair. And as promised, after 5 days I got contacted. The service fee is affordable and I also got 6 month warranty. My laptop is also working smoothly without any problems. RECOMMENDED!
Paid 750 for screen repair which only worked for a few weeks after being collected from this store. They refused to honour their warranty and pushed blame onto me. They would not provide notes on alleged repair even though it was done in house. Workmanship is not good. Apple are now fixing the laptop, they do not reject their own products for repair.
