My name is Robyn, I have purchased toners from ATM for many years now, but the last order I received was a bad batch. I always bought genuine HP Toners. The toners leaked one by one, I contacted ATM who refused to believe me and made up a story to say I put labels through the machine, and this caused the problem. We are in Melb and ATM did not look at the Hewlart Packard Printer. Have a look at my video and pics and you can determine who is right. I paid 2,217.00 for the toners, Australian Toner Masters refused to compensate me. Happy to share a video with you via email, too big to see here. Well Ayden, why don't we let the pictures tell the story. You offered me nothing, but came up with excuses as to why the toners were leaking. You are not an honest person, as you told HP that I put through labels which caused the issue, and you know I didn't. Calling me a liar, that's not very nice. I reiterate, let the people judge by the pictures And yes Ayden, all of the cartridges have been used, because all of the toner leaked out of them in less than a month. And if you were genuine about sending replacement cartridges, I would have had them by now! My email to you Ayden, 14/08/2018 "Hello Aydin, Arjent from Hewlett Packard has just contacted me and suggested I give you a call in regard to the faulty toners, he said you have something to offer. Please advise Robyn"" Your response to me Ayden, 14/08/2018" Hi Robyn No, I do not have any offer for you but I highly recommend you change your printer, nothing wrong with the cartridges, we do sell this model last 15 years and only you complaint" "

we had business dealings with Aydin German. We find him very aggressive and argumentative and was demanding additional items be sent free of charge. He then proceeded to make what appears to be a threat of some description. Reading the rest of reviews below, it appears to be a common theme. Some of his comments include “biggest liars in australia,’ “we are no need any RUDE and LIAR customer,’ ‘ Thank you for been honest person lady liar ” . Its obvious he cant take criticism and deflects responsibility.

We recently purchased some toners for our printer with ATM and were extremely happy with both the product and service. We needed our toners in a bit of a rush and the team did everything they could to try and get it to us overnight and we really appreciated it.
