The staff at The Athletes Foot at Chermside are absolutely wonderful! Vanessa helped me be fitted out for a new pair of running shoes and took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new shoes before walking out of the store. The range of shoes here is extensive and there is something for everyone. Highly recommend coming here if you want professional service and a well fitting shoe. The best part is that if the shoes aren't a perfect fit and cause any problems in my running, I can return them as long as I have the reciept.

The best part of this franchise is their foot fitting service and their after purchase returns warranty. It definitely takes the risk out of buying experience sneakers that end up being super uncomfortable. Great school kids shoes too. Good service and often very busy from mid to end of January before new year of school starts.
My wife bought a pair of new balance 880’s from this store, after a month they had a hole in the toe and after 4 months we get a reply saying that it was wear and tear? After a month how can that be wear and tear? The store is a joke and so is new balance. Never shop here again, rip off merchants
