Went there a few times was usually enjoyable, however this afternoon around 13:30 (03/04 Sat.), the female server at the counter was simply miserable. Walked in, she was glued to her phone til the end didn’t bother looking up. First absurdly murmured something about only serving the left side of the menu. Literally murmured. We didn’t understand at first thought to ask again nicely, she then answered extremely uninterested (about to lose her temper) without any explanation whatsoever of what happened to the rest of the menu. NONE. Just kept staring at her phone. We walked out with a bit of a shock and disappointment, yet still, she didn’t even bother looking up from her phone or simply apologize. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR A BASIC RESPECT? With this kind of “service” no wonder the shop was completely empty while all other restaurants around were sizzling and bustling. Fire this person and hire someone else that actually wants to work! NEVER AGAIN!

Well cooked and tasty bagel where they didn’t hold back on the their condiments. The service was great and the wait times were a little long as we visited on a weekend. Somewhere that we would definitely go back
Went as soon as they opened and they only had 1 onion bagel left and no pastrami for the Rueben \u200d️ As we were leaving the bagels were being delivered. Apart from that, the Salmon & cream cheese was tasty and the brekky bagel was good too. The coffee was really good. Perhaps wait till around 10am to visit once everything is restocked/available.

Amazing bagels- but the lady who served us just ruined the experience with her rude dismissive attitude. Tasty food otherwise
This place is fantastic. A tiny little deli with beautiful fresh bagels with fillings to die for. The coffee is also a hit!
Best bagels and coffee in Brisbane but for some reason they are no longer on Uber Eats.
