My partner and I just chose my engagement ring and couldn't be happier. We were looked after by Kate and she was incredible. She was kind, informative and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. She took the time to show us many options and made sure we were happy with the choice as well as showing options for wedding bands. Will definitely be returning to see her for future purchases.

Three weeks ago my daughter found a ring she would like for her 21st. It was not available instore so MHC offered to order it in as they had ONE left at their local DC. It would arrive in store in 3 days. She rang a week later to see if it had arrived...not yet. Another week passed and she went in store to check on it....still hadn't arrived. After three weeks she rang and was told it still hadn't come in and someone will call her back to let her know what's happening. A phone call the next day informed her that MHC had phoned her and they didn't hear back from her so they SOLD it to someone else!! AND that there were none left in any store or DC in the country. My daughter had NO phone call or messages. Only the chasing up on her behalf, every week. She was so disappointed, she jumped on to the online store and ordered the very same ring that NO other store or DC had stock of in the country!! It arrived, at home, three days after ordering. Very poor customer service and obvious lack of communication within the store for special ordered items. Would not waste my time with this store. Buy on line!

Best service! The staff were very helpful and patient with my partner while he was selecting a wedding band. He changed his mind a few hundred times and Maureen at Michael Hill talked him through all the changes. The care plan is second to none and my husband enjoys taking his ring for a service.

Massive thank you to Ben! Everytime my partner and I have gone in store he has gone above and beyond for us. Found the engagement ring that we had been searching for for months all on a very vague description. Went back last week to purchase a bracelet and got chatting about rings. Cleaned my old rings, they turned out amazing, little did I know he was in on a plan with my partner who proposed to me that evening. I said yes! But thank you so much Ben for every experience we’ve had and we will definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands and more I’m sure!
