Beautiful stationary making for the most decadent office or a unique gift. Some of their sales are hard to beat for quality. Only downside is general price is up there, but there isn't much like this around for stationary in regards to style and variety. Staff member was great at sales and knew product very well.

I can’t fault this store. It is always clean and very presentable. They try and cater for a wide range of tastes and from time to time they have nice sales that make their products more affordable for some people with a more restrictive budget. Staff are always happy and helpful.

Great sale in store at the moment ! I was greeted at the door by a lovely young man who explained the store promotion and pulled out some great products that were reduced to 3! What a bargain! I had no intentions to buy anything when I walked in, just looking to browse really, but the young sales assistant showed me where to look to find the great deals and I ended up buying so many cute note books. Excellent customer service from that young man, It’s experiences like this that encourage customers to come back! Well done Chermside team!

Had a sign on the window that said free embossing if you spend 50. I spent 50 then asked the lady at the till about the offer to which she just looked at me like I was lying then ignored my comment even after I pointed out there was a sign in the window. I then showed another staff member the sign who took it down and said ohh sorry this promotion is old even though she is legally obligated to honour the deal. Terrible service from both representatives, don’t shop here

So I ordered a personal planner offline with express shipping that said it would arrive in 2 days and it did unfortunately what came wasn't what I ordered (life happened they have been super busy this month understandably) I called what I'm assuming was the head office the next day and the amazing woman on the other end of the phone was so apologetic and did everything she could to rectify the situation I popped into the Chermside Store where the girls are absolutely awesome and got what I was meant to be sent in the first place it just goes to show that wonderful customer service goes a long way and I'm forever grateful on how much they helped.
