Very disappointing. It was our second time there, after few years, and I think it would be the last. Even if there were barely 3 table at our same time, the chef took ages to cook our meal, from when we sit to when we received our food had passed at least more than 40 minutes. We asked for medium rare fish for both of us, and one arrived well done probably because that fish was tasting a little bit "aged".... Everything was cooked with a big amount of butter, you could tasted in you mouth, and I don't know why in our fried rice there was a piece of chicken. I won't go back, and I don't recommend it.

One of my favorite places so far. Good quality food with amazing prices. All the dishes from cuts to sea are cooked to perfection. There is a bit of waiting, but the best time to reserve tables are between the hours of 3pm-5pm. I love the seating arrangements. There are seats in front of the chef for a live and entertaining performance. There are tables for big parties and tables for 2. Even more amazing, they have low and high private booths. Thank you so much for a good time. See you very soon Chermside team

I won't go back, and I don't recommend it Very very disappointing. 「For the food quality 」 Chi and fillet set overcook both of them are very dry 「For the service quality 」 I heard waitress talking to other people in Mandarin, and I don’t know why when I asking questions in Mandarin, waitress pretend not to understand. Not worth it.I pay a lot but food was overcook and very dry. Service is little be rude .Anyway I am not going back again.

This place can get a little pricey but it is well worth the experience, especially if you are sitting directly near the grill watching the food prep. I would recommend the scallops as the steak is a little chewy. The crocodile dish is actually not bad if you are brave enough.

Simply, the food was awesome Small issue with the service which could have happened anywhere, but in this case the manager stepped in straight away and sorted it out. He takes customer satisfaction extremely seriously. Do yourself a favour and go there. I'll be going back.

So disappointing. You must order teppanyaki to sit at the bar, but both of the options marked as “vegetarian” actually CONTAIN FISH! Don’t include it as vegetarian if it contains fish. Food came out staggered so that some people were nearly finished and others hadn’t even received entrees and the waitress was rude. Disappointing for the price.

Not very authentic teppanyaki. Everything we ordered is average. But it’s ok for the price as it’s cheaper than those fancy teppanyaki places.

I have been here a number of times and normally enjoy it. My last visit my food was over priced and cooked with burnt meat and vegetables, and they wouldn't cancel a sushi order as I had ordered too much and waited ages for the food and decided not to have the sushi. I ended up paying 14.50 for 4 tiny pieces of sushi which was the most I have ever paid for sushi. I am not going back again, plenty of other options.
