Prior to my 3 wisdom teeth surgery, I met Dr. Anthony for a very quick consultation that lasted for several minutes with a cost of 150. On the day of the surgery I felt like I was an object, rather than a person. Upon sitting on the surgery chair, he shoved 4-5 needles into my mouth as I recall, one after the other. It was all done very quick and extremely painful. I've been to various dentists and it is normal to have good and bad experiences when being injected by needles. But this was by far the worst. Regardless, we started the surgery and he managed to remove 3 wisdom teeth. But as soon as he was done, he just left the room. Didn't even ask how I was after the surgery or at least wish me a good recovery. A bit of time and compassion goes a long way. P.S: The post-operative instruction sheet that was provided definitely needs a proper check.
I’m not one to ever write bad reviews but I really want to warn others. Dr Cromble himself was amazing in the consult and I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands and knew he cared. This is directed at the other staff on the actually day of surgery. I had my 4 wisdom teeth out today. I had let the team know about my worries and my overreactive nervous system and fibromyalgia. I had little comfort from the team and the procedure was done very rushed. I have had needles in my mouth in the past and these were done way too quick that it was excruciating! I began having a panic attack and was shaking like crazy and crying. They didn’t stop to check in on me but to be fair I had headphones in and couldn’t hear them. It was done within 15 minutes and Dr Cromble was out of there. I wasn’t given any ice packs and left the room bleeding. I am now at home in the most excruciating pain I’ve ever had. I know this is from underlying issues but can’t be blind to think that it wasn’t done as carefully as possible. Please take on less patients so you able to take better care of existing patients that are paying over 2 grand to be in your hands. I’m really disappointed and left feeling traumatised :(
Friendly, professional and straight forward. I was terrified due to a bad experience I had in the past but the visit this morning to extract my impacted wisdom tooth and back molar was quick, efficient and went much smoother than I anticipated, thanks again to the Doctor and friendly staff.
I had my wisdom teeth out the appointment went great and dr Crombie was lovely however I was told I would get a call a few days later to check and see how I was doing I never received that call and I have seen that you have said you have an after hours number, I was never given, and I desperately need it now as it's been 2/3 weeks from my surgery and I have now got an excruciating infection in my one socket where a tooth was removed and have no idea what to do I'm in so much pain and have looked everywhere on your site for the after hours number and can not find it also very disappointed that no one ever checked in with me after surgery... Just an up date I appreciate the fact that first thing this morning dr Crombie has given me a call and have organised to go see him I will admit I wrote this review in alot of pain and may have been a little objective they are great staff and do get the work done fast and affectively and I see now that I did receive a call from the buy unfortunately no message had been left so I didn't know I guess neither their or my fault bottem line is I would recommend dr Crombie as he is promoted with getting back to you and all though he my seem a bit blunt it is in the best way possible so you can get your facts and do what needs to be done
Honestly amazing service and incredible dentist. My appointment was accidentally never put into his schedule but Dr Crombie managed to squeeze me in, considering I had driven 3 hours for the appointment. Got two wisdom teeth taken out so fast and felt very safe in his hands. Definitely can recommend.
My doctor, a doctor specialist, my dentist AND a dental surgeon all missed the chronic infection I had, hidden deep in my gum - and to be fair, I wasn't experiencing pain in my mouth or teeth but I have been feeling under the weather for a long, long time. Dr Anthony immediately saw the issue from my x-rays and medical history (which everyone else missed) and extracted the nefarious tooth. I genuinely feel better in my body... heaps better - even with a swollen cheek. Thank you so much to the Doctor and his team.
