I was in the Chermside store tonight and was served by a young girl who was so lovely and helpful!! She went out of her way to give me so much advice on choosing the right pieces for an outfit I had already decided on. My receipt said I was served by Rosemary I work in the Hospitality industry and I know how quickly people are to complain if they had a bad experience, where they are not as quick to give positive feedback when they have a good experience, but credit where credit is due!! Rosemary was an absolute gem and a credit to your team at Colette Chermside!! Thank you!! I’ll definitely be back!!

My family from France and I went there on Thursday evening for shopping. It was an insulting experience. The worst I had in Australia since 2010. One sales assistant were extremely rude, looking at my family in a negative way, not willing to answer my mum questions. Honestly, she gave us the strong impression she was a racist. This is not tolerable in the business sphere. We are thinking about reporting this behaviour. It is recorded in the shop video surveillance if the manager wants to have an idea of how the staff members are welcoming foreigners. What a shame for such a brand.
