The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I wrote an email about a food safety issue that I noticed going on. The subsequent phone call in response was handled poorly, the staff member argued with me rather than listen to a legitimate concern. *I have temporarily edited out the details of what occurred as the Director is currently in communication with me. However, with that said, he is also not handling the complaint well and he would rather argue with me than check up on things internally. I will just say, if the head of the company can’t take a concern, criticism or feedback with integrity and sincerity then it makes sense why the staff are unable to either. If he continues to argue with me, I will publish all our correspondence here, for transparency.

Customer service was horrible, I went to pay and they said they only accept card which is surprising because many people don't have cards and how are they mwnt to pay. I'd rather go to yo my goodness
I would have liked to have bought something from the stall but the blonde girl on at 7:20pm ignored me completely while chatting to her friend at the back of the stall, I waited for probably 10 minutes before I just walked away. Really terrible service, shame as I’m a regular customer.
Staff seem to have a hating life attitude each time I've been. Also false advertising of their open hours. This was the last chance won't be coming back.
do like this place, however the one at southland is missing my favorite topping, the mochi marshmallow things :( Thank you!
If you say you're open at 1000 on Sunday then actually open at 1000 on Sunday, not 45 mins later. Really disappointing because we wanted something to take into the movies with us. Also disappointing that this store doesn't have nearly the range of toppings that other Yogetit stores appear to have. You've just lost yourself a good customer.
