I hate to do this for any company but this company has to commented on. Tough Glass Worx did my glass fence a few years ago and the initial install was ok. In the last 6 months I have tried to get them back to do service work. I have even said happy to pay but after calling Doug and Tom on there mobiles and I have not even had a return call or SMS. I called the office a few times and was told that they would call me to arrange a service time. This has been ongoing for months. Be warned ... BTW: I have found someone else who is coming out in a few days ..
