Very disappointing service It's been 6 weeks since Tina visited our house to take our brief and the measurements for our kitchen renovation. Despite numerous followups and promises that we would receive a quotation we have still not received anything. We have now gone with another kitchen provider who responded quickly and delivered pricing when they said they would.

A second example of a small ensuite quote without follow up. The measurements and initial consultation took place however after multiple phone calls and emails still ignoring all correspondence. Would not recommend this company for any small kitchen bathroom jobs extremely poor customer service !!
Incredibly happy customer! Highly recommend Focus! The focus team assisted with our kitchen redesign and full renovation from start to finish. Our experience dealing with David & Tina was really good. They were very patient while we took our time to make a decision and we never felt any push or sales pressure from them. When we were ready, they kept us in the loop every step of the way while our kitchen was being built. Any hiccups were resolved without any resistance from them. Some small delays did occur as with any project but overall the team was highly respectful and they ensured no damage was caused to our property while they worked on the renovation. They also helped out with small jobs that weren’t a part of the project. The entire focus team is pleasant and easy to deal with. We are super happy with the quality of our kitchen (3 months in) and have not had any concerns with the results. Many friends have complimented on our design. We will most certainly work with Focus again for future bathroom/other renovations around the house.

Combine that service and attitude with working along other trades, with the attitude to working together as a team in some instances and you get Great Service and Amazing Results
