Wide range of resins and supplies for casting, building, sculpting, etc. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. And, while many resins are expensive, the prices here are in line with industry standards.
I ordered the Klean Klay, 2 packs, and received it in a good time. The label says these are 470g each, but I weighed these, one was 437 g, other was 453 g. I have emailed them twice for answer, no response as yet. I clicked pictures and and sent them a video as well, weighing on two different scales, as a proof. I feel cheated as I didnt get the value for my money. I feel Dalchem is rude in not responding to my two emails (from my hotmail account). And its a case of fraud, I feel, if the said weight is not accurate. I will wait to hear a response to this public comment.
Waited for over 6 weeks for my order.... they told me that it still had not been fulfilled, he was to busy. I then asked for a refund, 2 weeks later still no refund, they are too busy he tells me I will just have to wait.... EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE., I will NEVER deal with this company again and will NOT recommend them.

Fantastic experience with staff and products. There is a courier delivery fee. I ensured I was ordering in stock items. Quoted next day delivery, however, I’m still waiting for the materials to arrive. Now confirmed that the delivery will likely take 2 weeks to arrive. (Delivery is to inner city Melbourne suburb). Take this into consideration if you’re ordering and working to time!
