Fantastic customer experience today at WS Chatswood! Susan was incredibly friendly & helpful throughout the entire experience, from the initial convo via chat, right through to my in store purchase. I absolutely love my new Le Creuset dutch oven! Susan gave me a run down on how to use and care for the product and made me feel really comfortable asking questions. The store was busy but staff were attentive and efficient. I’ll definitely be back & highly recommend!

Customer services in CHATSWOOD store are not up to the standards. I walked in the store yesterday afternoon noticed Staff selectively say hello to some customers. It was very annoyed that you have been ignored so I decided not to purchase anything despite that I love all the products in the shop since I have discovered this store in USA way before William Sonoma opens a store in Sydney. I use to purchase stuff from USA every time I visited USA. BIG disappointment with its customer service.

This afternoon between 4.00pm to 4.30pm I had the misfortune to enter the Chatswood Chase store. I declined to use the hand sanitiser, as is my right, given NSW has yet to pass legislation on this issue. When I said no thank you the woman proceeded to scream at me. Not a response I was expecting. Needless to say I told her I won't be shopping at Sonoma ever again. Had she been civilised I would have explained that there are chemicals in sanitiser which make me sneeze. Something the medical authorities frown upon. By contrast I went into Target where a lady was standing near some sanitiser, she proceeded to wish me a Merry Christmas, not scream at me to use the sanitiser. I would also like to note that I spoke to a sales lady at another shop in Chatswood Chase who had also experienced the abhorrent rudeness of this woman and empathised with me. A word of advice to Sonoma management, which I understand is a US company; Australians don't tolerate bullying. We never have and never will. If you don't see fit to rectify this situation, you will, if you haven't already, lose billions of dollars. Can you afford that, particularly in in this current tough trading environment?

Susan and her team are wonderful! They went above and beyond to help repair my shun knife and help with my kitchen aid appliance. Great customer service!

I had thought Williams Sonoma had good product, until I bought and used their standard cake tin. It got rust after the first hand wash, I hadn’t even used it. I emailed them asking if there was anything they could do, no response. Really disappointing.
