Terry is exceptional. We first met Terry when we were housesitting and the dog had a bloody diarrhoea accident. He was honest about what he could do and said he couldn’t promise it would all come out. It was 100x better than I could have imagined and without knowing something had happened in that spot, the mark is almost invisible. His knowledge of the fibres of the carpet and how to clean it was exceptional. Terry than cleaned a leather sofa that we own. It came out looking like we had just bought it! Delivers results every time and is genuinely kind. Thanks!
