Just had my LASIK today done by Prof Sutton. Excellent professional care delivered throughout! Gerard is clearly the original leader in this field with excellent bedside manner with the most up to date facilities. He has employed an excellent team to support him that are extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I have 20/20 vision 3 hours after the procedure with just dry gritty eyes which is very temporary and quickly subside. For all of those having reservations of laser eye surgery, Gerard and his team will no doubt quickly put them to rest. I could not recommend this place more!

I highly recommend Vision Eye Institute. I had PRK (ASLA) refractive eye surgery with Dr Michael Lawless at the Chatswood practice. I am 100% happy with my 20/20 vision. The surgery fixed my short sidedness and I don’t ever have to worry about dry eyes from contact lenses again. The surgery was quick and pain free and I was confident in Dr Lawless’s expertise. Post surgery I was very light sensitive for 4 days. I was given pain and sleeping medication to help with discomfort. My aftercare Optometrist Elena was absolutely excellent. My vision at the 2 week app was slightly blurred but by week 3 it was clear! Thank you again to Dr Lawless and the wonderful staff.

Friendly staff and free wifi and coffee . I am providing comments in telation to eyes cataracts surgery . Thete ate many doctors working. Dr Sutton is excellent . The nurses are super friendly and super nice. You can park in the building or in the shopping centre directly opposite to the building. You get charge after 3 hours though if you park in the shopping centre.. When you get top service expect to pay a little bit more. However it is worth it. Waiting time is minimal.

I had SMILE laser eye surgery with Dr Lawless 2 months ago and the result is life changing. The whole experience was amazing. All the staff were very professional, friendly and caring. Dr Lawless will talk to you the entire procedure and that made the process very comfortable and straightforward. Vision Eye Institute offers the highest level of service and I highly recommend it.
