Vetfriends are amazing. They genuinely care about animals. Our dog had a tick and they made time for us to come immediately to have it removed even though they were very busy. Everything was explained so well on the risk and the status of the tick. Our regular Vet turned us away due to being not able to fit us in (14 months of loyalty from us not equally shared). Even better Vetfriends did it pro bono for us. They now have a new loyal client. Net promoter score 100. These guys are the best in the area

Very good first experience at this vet. VERY CAT FRIENDLY! They have a separate waiting area for cats which is very thoughtful. Much better than another vet in the area. Will definitely make this my cat's regular vet.

We have been going to Vet Friends for almost 10 Years for our dogs and cat. The staff, including front of office, and Vets are kind, helpful and professional. We also have our dog groomed at Vet Friends. Another positive experience. I would recommend Vet Friends Chatswood.
