I made a booking for 12 pm. When we arrived there was a long queue and only two staff members at the counter who were also very slow and disengaged. After we finally reached our turn we were advised to wait for someone to finish the game (bowling). After we waited for 20 minutes I had to ask a staff member again. Apparently our names were not even registered. No apologies from staff - who cares really? Only good thing I have to say it when our ball didn't roll down lady who came to help was very nice and friendly so it king of made up for initial bad impression. However I wouldn't be visiting again.

Easy parking in either Mandarin / Westfield.. made easy by wearing my own shoes (as long as they're closed in)..screens and music for entrainment.. heaps of new features within the complex too.. will go again

Strike Bowling Chatswood has changed a lot since we last visited a few years ago. It is so much awesome now! The bowling and the whole place had such a fun atmosphere. The music was great and the cocktails were good. Special mention to the staff (I didn't get her name) but she was super attentive - so quick to see us when something went wrong with the lane and gave us replacement drinks when they accidentally got taken away before we finished them. Thanks for making our night such an awesome one! :)

We had a wonderful experience at Strike Chatswood. It was the best time I've ever had at Strike, and it was all because of Jessica, who was our server throughout the night. She was energetic helpful and extremely happy. Her enthusiasm completely made our night and we had a brilliant time playing The Garden escape room and playing mini golf. We broke the record for the room as well! Thank you Jessica!!

We had a blast here today. We did 18 holes mini golf and spent time in the arcade afterwards. The team working here today we're just magnificent and kind to us today, making my wife's birthday that much better for her! Thank you so much, we'll see you guys soon oxox

I booked a group for my sons birthday for bowling and laser tag online. The process was very easy. On the morning of, I was called by Strike to advise that for some reason I was able to book online for laser tag, but that it actually wasn't working and I shouldn't have been able to book. The last was very apologetic and said that she would transfer us to any of the other activities free (even if more expensive) or give a credit, or a refund. We chose to do Holey Moley putt putt. We ordered pizzas during our games of bowling they were really good!!! Good size and filling and very well topped! We were impressed. We also had the fries which were super tasty. Their COVID safe procedures were clear and they were going by the rules. Validation of our parking was easy...3 hours free! Thank you!! We will be there again!
